Natural Reasource management

Housing

Jeevana desperately aspires for a cleaner and sustainable natural environment. We are deeply concerned with the deterioration of natural resources due to human interference, impacts of climate change and global warming on the poor and marginalized sections. The polluted environment and impacts of global warming negatively and immediately affects the chances of the poor people’s basic, human and fundamental rights to livelihood and development. Our interventions therefore are more and more focused on conservation of biomass and ecosystem, mitigation strategies of the impacts of global warming and adaptation capabilities of the people to the effects of global warming and climate change. Development of suitable approaches for the management of Non-conventional and renewable energy sources is another major challenge in this sector.
